Seasonal Employment Opportunities

Position Overview:

Under the supervision of the Partridge Creek Farm manager, the production assistant will be responsible for assisting in all activities related to vegetable production at the Community Farm site. Activities include but not limited to, transplant production, planting, watering, weeding, soil amending. Participate in the harvesting, washing, packing, and delivery of produce through CSA (Community-Supported Agriculture) distribution, wholesale accounts, farm stand sales and community donations.

  • Week of May 4th-Week of November 2nd (24 hours/week)

Production Assistant (1 Position)

Position Overview:

This position will spend the growing season creating a bank of edited and organized content that can be utilized by PCF staff throughout the season. This person will create exciting on brand social media content that follows trends and helps promote Partridge Creek Farm’s summer offerings. This intern will also learn to use Marketing systems like Mailchimp to help execute and send weekly CSA Subscription emails to 2026 subscribers.

  • June 17th-August 24th (10 hours/week)

Marketing Internship (1 Position)

Garden Assistant (1 Position)

Position Overview:

Under the supervision of the Food Access Manager, the Gardens Assistant will support all aspects of vegetable production at community garden sites. This role includes assisting with infrastructure improvements, farmstand sales, and CSA (Community-Supported Agriculture) distribution. Responsibilities encompass transplant production, planting, watering, weeding, soil amendment, and general crop maintenance. Additionally, the Gardens Assistant will participate in harvesting, washing, packing, and distributing produce through CSA shares, wholesale accounts, farmstand sales, and community produce donations.

  • Week of May 4th-Week of October 30th (24 hours/week)
