PCF Calls for Community Support to Acquire Farm Truck

2024 is the first growing season on the 3.75 acre Partridge Creek Intergenerational Farm located in downtown Ishpeming. Partridge Creek Farm (PCF) aims to cultivate 9,000 lbs of produce in 2024 for distribution to the Ishpeming Community and the Ishpeming School District's cafeteria. To achieve this goal, PCF needs a farm truck.

2024 is the first growing season on the 3.75 acre Partridge Creek Intergenerational Farm located in downtown Ishpeming. Partridge Creek Farm (PCF) aims to cultivate 9,000 lbs of produce in 2024 for distribution to the Ishpeming Community and the Ishpeming School District's cafeteria. To achieve this goal, PCF needs a farm truck! Donations made are tax deductible.

What we’re looking for:

  • Well-maintained farm truck for seasonal use during the growing period

  • Primary purpose will be transporting tools and produce across seven PCF sites

  • Hauling capacity is not a priority

  • Moderate to high mileage is acceptable

  • Preference is for a smaller-sized truck rather than a larger one
